Half...Furman 16 LSU 20...do you understand

A pick 6 by Mett and Beckham fumbling a punt at the LSU 28 did give Furman 10 of their points. But Furman has done a good job in TOP but LSU has nearly double the yards.
What's so frustrating about this, is that if Landry and Beckham don't have the best performances by a WR duo against us in long, long time, we probably win our game against them.
The first 3Q, they had several circus catches in some pretty tight coverages that kept them in the game/slightly ahead of us. Had we knocked a few of those down and went up by 10 at the half, we would've beat them.
Listened to the 2nd quarter on the local radio
Radio guys say that there's only about 50-60k in attendance.
Must be fall break. Damn hot meals are affecting everybody this year.

Well you never know how it would have played out but a lead at half would have meant a lead going into the fourth quarter. Then you had to think we would have had a good chance. If nothing else the end score would have been much closer.

Go back and watch the first half. Beckham/Landry had 4 or 5 catches that were damn near #SCTOP10 worthy. Two of them happened right by the pylon where my seats are.
