I dressed as a half-man, half woman one year. The right side being a man and the left side a woman. I even shaved off half the fu manchu for the occasion. I went to Goodwill to get a large high-heel shoe. The elderly lady at the counter seemed put out I was over there trying on women's shoes. I found a pair that fit and asked her how much they were. She acted like she was disgusted and said they were $5. I asked her if I just wanted the left one would it be $2.50? She said she thought I "better leave the store". So I bought the pair for $5.
