They made liquid cleansers for the dollar store chains and sold other things - I was a vendor. The elder guy in the business was a “Seminole to the max.” His office had a big 5 foot circular Seminole rug on the wall behind his desk. It was a thing of real beauty. Inever went to Florida Stateand I still loved it - classy. His Florida State Seminole Football helmet was on the corner of his desk and his jersey from his playing days framed on the wall across from his desk. He lived and breathed that school. You might know him.

I was in his office one day and he started talking about his support of Florida State Football. To understand my story, he was not bragging. He had too much money to brag about what he did. These are a few of the things he said. I will never forget how casually he talked about his support of that team.

He saidhe always carried four packetsof billseach containing five $100.00 bills folded and paper-clipped together in his pocket. His guys all knew him and when he came in they would be in front of him really quick. With each hand shake, he transferred $500.00 to each of his guys. Then he had a number of $100.00 bills folded in the other pocket and he would shake hands with other players as he chose.
