Happy Thanksgiving guy's!! It's a great time of the year. Great food and great football. For those of us in the East it has really been a strange season. I'm happy to still be in the playoffs. The only bad thing about the playoffs are that I wish games were staggered on different nights so you could make other games. Been a lot of good football played the past few weeks in NC.
Morning dawned with Frost on the Punkin. Will get about upper 50s with sunshine today. Dressed in my Holiday Go to Eatin Bib Overalls. Will put a hurtin on some good Ham with all the trimmigs. My wife has a list of all the deserts that are gonna be there....LOL to many to try all of em. I will do some Punkin Pie, Apple Pie. Later on when the big poker game cranks up more snackin. I am bakin a Turkey (of which I wont eat any). Brother in law is smokin one. My other brother in law brings the ham. Mashed taters with gravy. Am sure there will be fried chicken also. Lots of veggies, my favorite, green beans. Cole Slaw. Expect 50+ family members and some friends. I dont eat like this any other holiday.

The bird is carved up. All the drippings saved to make gravy. Carcass is in the fridge to make Turkey Noodle Soup. Off the BIG EAT now. Get the rolaids ready for later .....LOL
