Well we could also really use a punter. I wonder if Stoops has UK pajamas.
Lol stoops has a punter on the team that set the Kentucky state record for longest punt when he was in high school. He's a walk on named Tyler pack. Kid kicked two of the longest field goals in state history to. Idk why he's not kicking for us. They could be redshirting him or something. He played for Johnson central. Damn good kicker.

We don't need help accepting your opinion. No ones disagreeing with you that right now JH is a better coach with a better resume than Mark Stoops.

PS we still need a punter.

Lol so you think stoops could turn A NFL team around and then turn a college team in shambles to a final 4 playoff contender?
Jim H> Stoops(any stoops for that matter)
Take off your blue tinted glasses
At the end of the day we just wish we didn't have you.

I hope they redshirted him, because there's no question we MUST have a better punter next year.

Some coaches should complain but not him. He should of shut up because I gaurantee he would of gotten those calls next year at home..... now that he's p*ssed off those officials and the big ten.... they might stick it to Michigan next year to send a message

Whether he had a valid reason or not, i just thought it was very classless to attack the refs in the post game interview.

Why is it classless if he's right? That's B.S. The referees were horrible and they deserve to be trashed by the Coach after the game.

People act like referees are beyond reproach. No, some of them are awful and should be fired for routinely missing calls like that.

Harbaugh was absolutely correct about the refs in this game.

Like I said, it's just my opinion that a coach should not call out the officials in public like that. The perception is that it makes you appear to be a sore loser, while not giving credit to the winning team; not to mention refusing to talk about the plays your own team failed to make that would have made any perceived bad calls moot.

I would be embarrassed if Stoops or Cal did that. Again, just my opinion.

They do get fired for routinely missing calls. I know a retired SEC referee and, believe it or not, it's quite competitive. If you aren't good, you won't stick around.

I see both sides. It's supposed to be all about sportsmanship and representing higher education, blah, blah, blah. On the other hand, it's really all about money so it's hard to just sit there and take it if you believe you've been ripped off.

Still at it...
Please make a case for JH vs MS
I'll break it down for you
49-25 at top programs (Stanford and Michigan) Being 20-4 at Michigan
Mark stoops 19-29 at UK

Now defend your argument because I forgot to mention JH record (44-19-1) and super bowl appearance (NFL stats). UK prays for a JH all day but will never get it facts of life deal with it. It's like thinking Les miles of Briles would come here right now we simply don't have a prestigious football program. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Me? No need for to make a case when all I've stated is a fact, i.e., that there is no way to know how good of a coach Stoops will be.

If you think MS is better than JH your football IQ is 0

Odds of MS landing a NFL job (elite 32 coaches ) 1/1000
JH already did it

You're are going off on tangents trying to win an argument by asking people to defend positions they haven't taken. No one said Miles or Harbaugh would come here. Although I'm not sure Miles would be an impossibility at this point.

What difference does it make what my IQ would be if I believed something that I in fact don't believe. You're making this way more complicated than it is.
The thread is about JH. I say JH>MS and its implausible? It's 100% true sorry.

You need to slow down and argue and what is being said. No one has said Harbaugh isn't a better coach than Stoops, simply that we have no idea how good of a coach Stoops will be at this point.

Then don't act like no one else in the thread did; I was just defending my point.

No one said Stoops is a better coach than Harbaugh. They might later, but I haven't seen them say it yet. The closest thing is someone saying they wouldn't trade. There are lots of reasons you wouldn't trade, e.g., you don't like the other guy, you are loyal to the guy you have, want to stick with a guy for continuity, etc., etc. As for me all I said is that Harbaugh is a great coach and the jury is still out on Stoops. You responded by asking me to prove my case that Stoops is as good as Harbaugh.

I can't stand Urban Meyer / Ohio State or Jim Harbaugh / Michigan. It is too bad that both teams/coaches couldn't have lost.
Same here. I watched that game thinking solely about the misery of the losing coach.

He wasn't right on how far short Barret was from the first down, but he was right that Barret was clearly short of the line.

You're so pathetic and predictable. It is amazing how you gained all of that insight on my outlook and expectations for UK football from my post of "still at it..."
But, please continue.
