More than likely a four game suspension starting out the year. Dude is accused of lying to the NCAA. It is sad but teams might as well cheat and take a slap on the hand. Bruce Pearl got fired for lying. The NCAA needs to check themselves and decide if they want rules or not!!

Did you read what he lied about? He bought two already committed recruits hamburgers. Lol They all lie, he just got caught. I'm sure he did way worse then that but that is what this was over.

It was in the covid year and in a non contact time. Not awful, but he knew he broke the rules and lied about it.
The allegation over lying stems from buying two recruits food. He is getting suspended 4 games. I'm sure it will be the 1st 4 against whice are against weak OOC teams. It most likely wont effect them.in anyway. I'm sure he did more just like most competitive teams have.

At the time he did break the rules. Almost certain he was practicing when it was not allowed. UK gave a recruit a tshirt. We got two years bowl ban no one took it easy on us. The stuff our BB team did was nothing compared to what goes on now. Is there any rules to anything!! The NCAA is afraid to punish anyone because of schools threatening them with a lawsuit!!
I agree with this. With the things going on today and this Micky Mouse organization suspends him for 4 games for buying the kids something to eat? I don't care for him or his team, especially with their rallying cry for 23 is "BEAT GEORGIA" after every practice. But his getting 4 game suspension is BS.
There was a woman that was visiting the UK womens golf team on a recruiting visit. The team went to the movies and the recruit went with them. The NCAA ruled her ineligible until she paid back the gas money it took to get from UK to Fayette Mall
