Now that's a cool offer. We already have a General starting on the d line at ECU (D'Ante Johnson in picture) and I love watching games in Greensville. I know he will likely end up elsewhere, but Matthews is a solid coach and based on his past would use Daltons skills correctly.

At this point in his High School career, how would you expect him to be used at the college level. Let’s assume he goes to a Power 5 school.

Depends on the offensive scheme. He is an electric player and we are fortunate to have such a talented young man in our team. With that being said Dalton will need to make some major improvements in his mechanics if he wants play QB in college. I think he can be very successful as a tailback in any offense. He runs strong, has good speed, cuts on a dime, never goes down in first contact, and most importantly has unbelievable vision.

I hope he plays the position of his choosing; however, I know he will do whatever his team needs. He has already proven that.

Coach Mills will continue to help develop him, Harry will continue to outwork everyone and God will do the rest. #6 is special and unless D'Ante Johnson beats him there he will probably be Dinwiddie's first NFL player roster player.

Hey BN, you saw where Brendon Clark has called an end to his football playing career, didn’t you?

No I did not. Shame the injury bug plagued him. Solid kid and family. Perfect example of why it's important to get an education. You never know when your playing days will end. Not knock on this kid, but those five and four stars will not pay the bills.
