Has anybody tackled the issue for a playoff for students?

Assuming an eight game playoff, three games between $250 to $300 a ticket at a neutral site three weeks apart. How could a student afford that? Driving to Jville cost me $80 and I live five hours away. A cheap hotel is $100 assuming you don't want to get shot. $800 for tickets, at least $100 in gas split four ways unless the game is in NO or ATL, $180 for hotel. At the lowest possible cost $1080 for a student. And yes I went to the elite eight and final four in 96. But I was able to sell my second session ticket and finals ticket to more than pay for the trip.

I'm for a 16 game playoff with only the final 2 rounds at neutral sites. That will help the students at the higher seeded school. They can write something into how the playoffs work to guarantee students from visiting schools have an opportunity to buy tickets. There are plenty of ways to work this problem out.

Second do you think the powers that be are going to allow a semifinal game to be held at Boise with it's 33,000 fan stadium?
