anyone notice the dumb billboard between stark and columbus that says "if our universities would lead, then our children could read"? since when did children go to college to learn how to read in college?

but honestly what the hell does that billboard mean? When I first saw it I actually thought about what it meant for the rest of my drive and I only got more and more confused.

That may be the day the university is going to introduce the new bulldog. I think his name is champ. I know he will be doing football games this fall.

I have no idea about the other. Must be yet another newspaper. Is the Tupelo Daily Journal trying to make it to Starkville again? It would be better than what we have now.

You have to read the Dispatch or the Journal to get news about Starkville not related to Dottie and her new child or Croom reading at the library.
