Two teams from the same athletic conference playing each other for the State Championship?

Immaculate Conception vs. Bishop McNamara - both from the Metro Suburban (blue division).
Brother Rice vs. Loyola Academy - both from the CCL (blue division)

There are a lot of things that need to happen for this to occur. Geographically, the conference kind of needs to be distributed in both the North and the South bracket. This can happen to JCA when they get seeded in the South. You also have to have two of the top talents in the state in the same conference. Has this ever happened in the CCL Blue with Loyola being so far North and other teams being on the south side of Chicago?
