Thier coaching search is so freakin public- it's embarassing. Not to mention they are to about number 4 or 5 on their list...which is really embarassing. I'd just assume that the right agency is worth the $100,000(guessing) to protect image and guage interest, rather than offering jobs via ESPN bottom line and getting rejected over and over.
