that is in the realm of possibility. And without other DUI incidents, others wouldn't be killed had it not happened. He may be saying that too. However he thrives though, by comments posted here, on the negative outcomes of others he doesn't support. It might be the consequence of "snaking" too many wives of his friend who golf.
