Yes. UNC has responded and said they have done nothing wrong at all and to lay off. The NCAA said "that's good enough for us." OFC
Read somewhere that the NCAA infractions committee is supposed to meet in December. Results will not be released to about three months

unx was scheduled to meet with the NCAA's COI this past August. 3(?) days prior , they self-reported "new" violations causing the process to be delayed. The COI does meet this month but whether or not unx's cheating will be on the docket is up for debate. Basically , unx chose this path to grab for the brass ring one more time in fball and bball before sanctions wipe out some post-seasons and recruiting classes. Fball fell by the wayside tonight. Boo-hoo. BTW , those violations were in women's basketball and men's soccer....two sports unx would gladly throw under the bus to salvage Roy and Fed.
In other words, after the bb playoffs . I can't believe the NCAA is playing along with this. Guess Swofford is helping with the investigation like he did the last time.

I've been thinking about jydevil and his post. He only has 7 post and the post he mentioned me on was confusing tome. Didn't make a lot of sense because it was incomplete and choppy. I know he has a Duke sounding nickname and did refer to UNC as Tar Holes which I have never done. Is there any way for sure we know he is a Duke fan. I know he has 7 post but I can't remember the other 6. Maybe he is a Duke fan and has lurked and saw the way I post and just didn't like it. What do the rest of you guys think. Post some more jydevil and let us know more about you. I don't want contention with any Duke fan. OFC

Sky, I've seen quite a few posters that have no posts or a few posts that have been members for years. I think maybe the post numbers were reset when they made the big changeover to the new format...sorta like how posters who were banned were no longer banned. This guy has probably posted a lot before, but not here.
Of course, I could be wrong.

The NCAA has the option to not issue an amended NOA they can just use the additional information with the existing NOA. UNC-CH was on the agenda but I am not sure if it was involving the NOA or not. I know that the COI was briefed on UNc-CH with respect to the Jenkins and McCants case. Keep in mind that UNC-CH and the NCAA are co-defendants in the McCants case. The NCAA is furious that UNc-cH has led them into a situation where they are a co-defendant in a lawsuit regarding protecting athletes from academic abuse at the hands of the university.
The real question is, "Bubba were you in Indianapolis anytime between Thursday and Sunday or were you in contact with the COI that was held in Indy between Thursday and Sunday".
Bubba could absolutely be telling the truth when he says they are waiting on amended NOA, it does not mean they did not respond to the original NOA. Bubba is the one who talked about the Spring 2016 timeframe for this to be wrapped up. The only way that happens is if the COI heard the case this weekend or it will be on the docket for Feb 2016.

It will be. "Cheated" too. "Tarnished Heels" reads like a text book on the unx scandal. Some lesser-known characters are revealed such as Vince Ille and Jackie Thurnes ( page 178 , btw ) and each chapter tells ya exactly who/what will be covered ie...
"CHAPTER: 12 Matt Kupec and Tami Hansbrough and Holden Thorpe's Resignation."

Imajeriche is it like you said ( that a poster was unbanned but post set to 0 ) or is it that when you post on another schools board you start with a post count of 1 and has nothing to do with being unbanned?
