Hawgs better score some runs before those Ole Miss bats wake up.

Bears are in a bit of trouble....

2-0 headed to bottom of 6th

Only mustered 3 hits through 5 down 2 with 4 innings to play. They are lucky to be down only 2. Arky looks like us stranding RISP almost every inning.

They stirred a bit in the 7th....

1 run (unearned) on 2 hits a passed ball and a wild pitch. Hawgs right back in business with a leadoff double in the 8th. They now have 8 hits with just 2 runs to show for it.

That was some play by Ole Miss pitcher on the squeeze just now for a double play

to end the Hog threat. Could be the difference maker.

Dalton Dulin, takes the cake for most ole missy name ever. I hate that since I usually like anyone who's named after a Patrick Swayze character.

Final. Bears 1 Hawgs 2.....

Mississippi takes one giant leap away from the national seed picture. Breaks my heart.

I just don't see them getting a national seed. Vandy has some work to do, and if SCar beats us tonight I think they lock one up.

Vandy/Ole Miss is a national seed elimination game tomorrow. Beede vs. Trent should be a really good pitcher's duel.

Mississippi is closer to a #2 seed than they are to a national seed right now. RPI down to #15. Vandy may need a win to ensure a national seed though.
