Looks to me it is not going to be ready for any games this season. This may have already been announced and I missed it.

bastards gonna be huge no doubt, but they went too high witht the bottom truss. Im sure they have their reasons, but it is just way too high. They wasted about 20' or so that would have made the angles and viewing better for more of the stadium. Best seat in the house in gonna be from the upper decks past the 50. Anything lower deck from the 50 towards it is gonna be a tough angle and there are gonna be 1000's that......

Thanks for the photos. The problem is that I'm just not sure I want to see our offense in High Definition on such a big-*** screen. Our offense looks much better on a 12" black-and-white with rabbit ears wrapped with tin foil.

Why wouldnt you line up the bottom of the truss with the top of the M club? Now there will just be a big gap of nothing.

Possibly the truss won't also be the bottom of the HD screen? I have no idea for sure, but I assume it could overhang a bit.

even with the viewing angles I still wouldn't want to be that close. just me. i guess i am one of those old bastards who would never sit in the front row at the movies.

we will be lucky if it has 180 degree viewing angle. But yes damn I hate to have that big sucker that close to me. If only they didn't rush it and put it behind the Mclub

but how exactly does a 270 degree viewing angle work? i would think that 180 would be the best viewing angle possible, because any more and people behind the screen could actually see it.

i don't think there's a problem with viewing the screen from the 200s, unless maybe on the top few rows. the 100s may have more problems though.

I would be mad if my seats were right there regardless of the board. Every now and then when we actually score, you can look over to that section of people and watch them all freak out when the cannon fires right below them.

I jump every damned time they fire that thing. And I know it's coming. For some reason, that cannon really scares the hell out of me. Every time.

I was joking. I haven't seen any displays like that either.. My joke was a failed attempt at saying Greg Byrne can do the impossible.
