Safe trip to you, Red.

My NOLA favorites:
1. Ralph's on the Park
2. Patois (rabbit, mmm.. but they just had an armed robbery a few weeks ago!)
3. Clancy's
4. Drago's (awesome charbroiled oysters, go for lunch and have 2 dozen)
5. Angelo Brocato's for dessert!

Hope y'all have a great & safe trip.

Just a quick aside, Paul Prudhomme ( likely did more to popularize Cajun cooking than anyone else, )just passed at age 75.

I'm sitting at Love Field in Dallas waiting for my connecting flight. Definitely gonna try the po boy.

Mulates is a great joint. Old school ballroom dance hall. Fried shrimp po boy is the way to go. Dixie Voodoo is a great local beer. Changed my life. Ha.
