Hearing not good news on Dak for this weekend...

I think we will score about the same amount of points with Dak or Tyler at QB - which is less than 10.
I think Mullen has already conceded this game and is just giving Tyler Russell some playing time because he's been faithful and it's his last year. Mullen knows that there is no way we win this game no matter who the QB is so he's letting Dak rest up (and avoid possible further injury) before the Arkansas game.

NO one back sets named Ladarius Perkins. Zero backs, JRob, two back or diamond. I love Ladarius but he is being misused. Ladarius as the lone back with Tyler has not worked vs other teams not named Alabama. It didn't work vs one of the worst defenses in A&M. I feel confident it won't work Saturday.

No idea, but it looked like he hurt his left shoulder when he plowed over the TX A&M guy late in the game. I immediately thought separated shoulder or broken collar bone when I saw the hit.

While I think our team (and offense) is more dangerous with Dak, it would still be mismanaged with him.

Assuming Dak can fully heal, it's actually the best thing that can happen to the
program and Dak. Mullen will have his two senior leaders leading the team to three losses, two of which should be blowouts. We will finish the season 4-8. We have cover to fire Mullen. We can hire Hudspeth who can turn Dak into a superstar. I think with Dak we should beat Arkansas and can beat Ole Miss. Without him, we have no shot because of Mullen's complete ineptitude as a coach.

Even more reason to fire Mullen if true. Players live for games like this. You don't jeopardize their opportunity at making history because you're scared of getting a QB hurt. I would rather us start Damien Williams than Tyler. And not because I dislike Tyler, but because I would rather not see him get paralyzed on the field because the 17ing Hunch wants to run QB draws and QB sweeps with him.

So if I understand this correctly, Mullen should be fired because players live for games like this so they can make history...but you shouldn't start Tyler because you're scared he is going to get hurt? He didn't get hurt playing Bama the last 2 years but now that you want to suck off Hud, Tyler will surely die. Yep, makes sense.

Myers is done by 3:00 central. if Mullen wins with Dak on the pine then it will be obvious that Myers and staff were on the life line bringing him through it. realtime bug in the other ear. He can't do this wo dak. it would take dak playing out of his mind with no turnovers and Mullen coaching way of out of his league.
