I used to be a fan but after his 'addiction' came to light I decided I hope he becomes competitive again but never breaks Jack's records, which he could have done easily at one time.

I give him a pass on his addiction. He from what I read had very bad pain from his back.
He apparently took oxycotin (sp) for pain rather than for recreation..

Tiger like many of us humans has many shortcomings. I judge him for his golf accomplishments and to me its good to see him back playing golf.

Since he is now 40 years old and the youth is now dominating PGA golf like 23 year old Jordan Spieth & Justin Thomas among others, I doubt Tiger can make an impact.

So I guess you don't give Austin Box a pass? Addiction is not a pass/fail situation. No one chooses to become addicted. As a recovering alcoholic (31 years) I am totally offended by your statement. You just can't be this stupid.

I'm assuming that is aimed at me and the 'addiction' I am referring to has nothing to do with chemicals. He may or may not still be addicted to unbridled sexual activity that has cost him a family. If he has changed his tiger stripes then perhaps I would change my opinion of him but I've heard nothing that would indicate that yet.

Nothing I hate worse than a cheater. If you are going to mess around on someone just get a divorce then be single again and have all the women or men you want without destroying someones life. Nothing has ever been as devastating to me as having to watch my Mom go through that as a kid and then have it happen to me when I was married. All the lies, sneaking around, destroying a family etc all for a piece of a**.

I think I've posted this here before. I was a founding member of the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai. The Dubai Desert Classic gave Tiger some serious show money two or three years in a row. Tiger was an absolute prick during the week of the event. He refused to sign autographs for kids, demanded a separate private locker room and separate dining area for himself. BMW provided courtesy cars and drivers for top ranked golfers for the week. BMW was beneath Tiger. Over the last few years Tiger has hit the skids on several occasions and when it happens my faith in karma is renewed. I don't care about his addictions, whether it be chemical or biological or hormonal, the guy is (was) an *** by choice. For that I have no sympathy for him.

I was going to post something similar the other day but when you do people usually think you are lying. Oh well I know its true. My brother lives in Orlando and does a lot of fundraising for the Boy Scouts like Golf Events etc. Tiger lives in the Orlando area and he has reached out to Tiger on many occasions to help out by donating items or to appear but Tiger has always turned them down year after year. A good friend of my brothers is golfer Jim Thorpe. My brother told me a story that Thorpe or as my brother calls him Thorpie told him once, Thorpe and Tiger were at some golf event and Thorpe asked him to sign something for him for a friend of his and Tiger said NO. Thorpe is a big guy if you have never seen him. He said Thorpe told him he caught Tiger in the Club House Locker Room later and told him listen m'fer you aint leaving out of here until you sign this for me. He said Tiger signed it. True story. He is known far and wide as an *** even to other pro golfers.
