I was saying to myself after the 1-1 count that he shouldnt throw anything but breaking pitches outside the zone. Walking would have meant nothing but if he swung at a bad pitch auburn would have gotten out of it.
But that dumbass threw 3 straight in the zone.

..somebody here predicted MSU would only win 9 league games this season.
With 26 league games left to play, MSU finds itself in the precarious position of having to win 8 out of the next 26 in order to win more than 9 league games.

what the hell do you mean going off on "last minute heroics" in baseball terminology?...that's what the game was built on.. how many woulda coulda shouldas can you point out that we came out on the wrong end of the stick on?... where the other team had the last minute heroics... we got LOTS of catching up in that dept so don't mention the bones we get tossed occassionally until they start piling up and resembling the massive stack of MSU *** 17ings sitting right beside our small collections of what you, I guess, would define as "gifts"...
