Who do we like this week? Personally I’d like to see Rory close the deal finally at Augusta and cement himself among the all time greats. I feel like he’s playing as well as he’s ever played in his career. Seven starts, six top tens and a win at the players. He’s putting well. Driving it beautifully- if he can control his wedges i think he slips on the green jacket.

I got Rory too,or also from Europe Tommy Fleetwood,i think he's due for his first major soon.On the U.S. side I keep picking Ricky Fowler, but he cant seem to get it done in majors,Speith's putting is not where he needs it to be,so i'll go with Justin Thomas.

Koepka or Spieth, young crew is better story than Tiger comeback from his own self-inflicted demise but media plays it as if he was dealt a bad hand.

"Hello friends, Tiger fell in Butler Cabin and cannot play today" - applause!

Koepka is looking more and more like a machine. If he wins this, I think that'll be 4 out of the last 7 majors, and one of those he missed due to injury (2018 Masters IIRC).

Really really disheartened by the round and the finish Rory had today. I don’t know why i keep getting my hopes up that he’s ready to take the masters every April. Foolish. Question is at this point do i take Brooks or the field.

It'd odd at times to see a golfer of his talent make some of the errors he makes. I mean what was that at the end of the round? He's just farting away strokes... wtf?

How legit is DeChambeau? I remember him being hyped up a few years ago, but he’s never really done anything at majors.

Completely ridiculous some of the giveaways he had today. He basically forced himself to have to shoot no worse than 65 and really that won’t be enough to get him within 5

He completely over thinks the entire game! Don’t see him ever being a consistent threat.

He's legit.

If you have time and are so inclined, google "DeChambeau coefficient of restitution", just for poops and giggles...

Tiger missed some opportunities in as well. Sitting in the middle of the fairway on 15 at -3 and finishing -2 is no bueno. Afternoon groups were hammering 15 and 16. But still very much in it, unless Brooks pulls away again.

He's a pretty interesting guy if you read much about him. Just this morning I read a couple of intriguing articles about how he arrived at his determination to play single-length irons.

They mentioned it on the broadcast that everyone seems to forget about Koepka when picking who they think will win,The guy's machine out there,Rory very disappointing finish...Tiger and Phil turning back the hands of time....still a long way to go

Brooks is like a Great White Shark, if he smells blood on sunday he will take a bite. The man does not choke on Sunday. He has bad rounds but he never chokes or gives a tournament away if he is in contention come Sunday.

What happens if a golf ball goes directly in the hole and bounces out? Not on a putt, but say a par 3 and the ball lands directly in the cup and bounces out on the first shot. Does it count as a hole in one or do they go from where the ball ends up?

Tiger is the best of our time, but that stat they just showed that he’s never won a major when trailing after the 3rd round is one overlooked by the fans of him.

So they are playing groups of three tomorrow and the last group goes off at 930. Will they move it up on CBS and show it live?

Nevermind, I just read that CBS will start showing it live at 9 a.m. Guess I'm watching golf all morning instead of all evening. I kinda like it

Yes, they will.

I’m in a bit of a quandary. We’re meeting friends at our old church in the morning followed by brunch. He couldn’t care less about golf. I might be doing the old tape delay and staying away from social media and start watching at noon. Makes me sick.
