Molinari shouldn't be nervous. He won the British Open last year while in the final group with Woods IIRC.

And of course the stat about having a share of the lead in every major he's won.

I'd like to see him win it but I think Molinari probably will.

Yea I just don't see Molinari letting it get away. It is Golf though. It only takes one really bad swing on Sundays.

I think Woods wins because of the gallery. They will be full throated in support for him. Not a Woods fan,and frankly surprised so many are, but think he wins with practically a home field advantage. OFC

Why surprised? I get it, he’s not a role model for children. But he was. And when he was he was putting the entire sport on the map. You likely don’t get this generation of talent without Tiger Woods.

I know right, I can't judge another man on their personal choices, we all have made mistakes, some probably the same as his, just not magnified in front of a camera. But to battle back after so many injuries, especially the back issues, you have to just tip your hat to him for not giving up and being good with his past achievements.

Man you are so correct. I thought he was done a few years ago and even said myself I wish he just walk away before he ruins his legacy in a sense with his poor play.

I don’t think it is a rhetorical question. If you cant like the guy because of his personal choices so be it, but not understanding why people do or why he gets the attention he does is perplexing. The guy transcended the sport of golf.

I think we all need to look in the mirror before we dislike somebody based on their personal lives played out on television. Can you imagine if somebody dug up our past and played it out for the world to see and judge? Then again, I've learned that there are some perfect people walking the face of this earth, at least online anyway. The attention he has always got on the golf course from fans, even after his problems, has been the same. I say it's has a lot to do with not judging him, but enjoying his skill in a sport they love.

Hats off to Tiger. He went out and won this Masters. Regardless of whether you like him or not you have to give the man credit. Most never thought he won win another major much less The Masters. I'm not a Tiger fan myself but I know a great moment when I see one. This was one. He may never win another Masters or a major or for that matter even another tournament. But give him some credit. He came back from a lot of adversity and some of it he brought on himself but today he was the best. OFC

Like him or despise him, Tiger deserves a modicum of respect for that athletic achievement. I have a feeling a few on here felt similarly about the Heels 2009 run. You still have to respect how good that team was, cheatin' and all.

I don't think Tiger is a very nice man, but I find myself rooting for him just to see greatness on the course. He's not evil, just used to be pretty selfish. I hope he's learned from all he lost and his family is in good shape. Those kids deserve a good dad.

Tiger is the best, won’t deny that. For me, the dislike for him over the years didn’t have near as much to do with his mistakes. I’m not one to judge anyone. It’s the fact until recently, he was a prick. He never acknowledged the fans and cursed like a sailor.
Life humbled him.

I can relate to that.

I love the other player's comments they are showing now on Sportscenter. Much respect from these guys and they are right, the game is better for everybody when he is playing great.

That pretty much sums him up DukeDenver. My mom used to have a saying about people like Tiger. They get too big for the britches. He became entitled . Privileged. He thought he was above all. A lot of people including celebrities, entertainers and politicians have been known to do that among just us regular people. In other words too big for our britches. OFC OF has paid a big price for being that way. It was nice to see his kid's and mother there. I hope he will have a healthy relationship with them . He seemed humble today something he hasn't been in a long time. OFC

Sorry I pissed in your corn flakes "soldier." Yes everybody makes mistakes. Sorry I just don't like him. Molinari was trying to talk to him just to make conversation between holes and Tiger wouldn't look at him....JERK.....Not "mad" at all just hope he doesnt catch Jack. Not half the man Nicklaus is.....OFC
