So the guys who witness Winston having sex with this girl face disciplinary action....one video taped it but did not know he did anything wrong. Is that the issue? They witnessed and taped it? But not the act itself?
Winston won the Heisman Trophy and led FSU to the national championship. As long as he didn't kill the girl, he's bulletproof. Ray Lewis says even if he did kill her, he still might get a pass.
