We need to face facts. We were not a lock to get Pollard any way. But Ray needs to be on the phone to Josh Gray tomorrow morning right after he meets again with Rodney Hood. Then he needs to spend the rest of the day talking to all signees. If he can lock them down, he will already have had some success at MSU.
Pollard is a long shot now. He definitely needs to go see him and Momma Pollard, but that can only be a priority for a day or 2. Then if that ship has sailed, he has to go find a guy with similar skills, even if not at Pollards level.
We will know a lot more about this guy.....IF.....IF.....he can hold serve with what we have signed. If he is a salesman, he should be able to get them believing pretty quick.

I said earlier that he earns an early A if he keeps Hood and the signees on board, and a strong A+++ if he does that AND signs Pollard. That would be a strong statement right there.
