per the payment plan we wouldn't have had to pay the initial $80 K until the day AFTER signing day. We should have led Cecil on that we were going to come through with his payments and then after Cam signed give him NOTHING. I mean what could he have done then? Once Cam signed he would have been signed. Heck, is there even a violation for promising money you never end up paying?

Seriously,first you make an offer. Next you piss off a money ***** sell out your own son for moneypreacher. He would make sure he got paid the next day or start talking.

given the way we are being torn apart by the talking heads so far you start to wonder whether playing by the rules is worth it and if we are totally alone in trying to. Still amazes me that no other school has come forward saying they were solicited by Cecil because I can't believe we were the only ones. I guess we'll find out in the end if doing things the "right way" ends up paying off or not.
