Battle of unbeatens! This will be Monticello's first REAL test, going into Mineral against those NASTY Lions! Monticello is averaging 47.6 ppg where Louisa is averaging 41.2. Monticello's offense has certainly had no problems, but the defense really needs to step it up if they want to be ready for the likes of Bell and Whalen. On offense, Jerrick Ayers, Ben Drake and Kevin Jarrell have been putting up some real impressive numbers. Jarrell threw for 275 yards for 3TDs this week against Western. Meanwhile, Louisa warmed up by manhandling Powhatan. Big game next week!
