On the contrary, so far we've gone from a booster buying a used car for a recruit to now giving a $150 handshake and a free meal or two at a restaurant. Sounds like to me we are looking cleaner all the time. Devinner did imply that the booster was involved with other recruits but didn't make any specific allegations about that.
