Russell is the weakest minded QB we have ever had. I can't think of another QB in modern history that has given up on a team more than he has. From the "phantom concussion" in the Okie State game to the "bruised shoulder" dude is scared to death to be on the field. If he had been playing those last two possessions we would have had a hell of a lot better chance at winning. Instead he lets a freshman go out in front of him. He has taken himself out of two games now in key moments and it needs to be pointed out.

Your a moron. There are several sec programs that would love to have Russel. He's the best passing qb that's been at state in awhile. Not Russell's fault his talent was completely wasted by mullet

While I agree in principle that Mullen has wasted Russell's career I can also assure you this kid has squirrels in his head on the field and taking himself out of games in crucial moments is inexcusable. I have never forgiven him for the Okie State game. Show me any replay where anyone came anywhere near his head and I'll give you credit b
