I know u dogs don't like facts, so try and turn this as u will. But now the cabbie is admitting he didn't get hit.

As they were on their way back to their hotel, cops pulled them over and charged AK with assault.

My source said AK assaulted no one and has 4 eyewitnesses to swear to it.
Given what I know of Kennedy from having covered him as a head coach and as Huggins' top assistant, I believe this account.

That clears it up. That explains why Cinci cops would arrest a well dressed, white sober man... on the word of a foreign cabbie and detain him for 6 hours. Especially in a city as large as Cinci with that many yellow cabs and apprently no other crime issues at all. I can completely understand why they would search him out, arrest him and his friends after knowing he clearly did nothing wrong.........

He talked to Someone Who Would Know! Wow, this was all a big misunderstanding. First, Kennedy was pukeface hammered, dropped a few racial slurs, and buried his fist halfway down the poor little cabbie's skull. Now, the terrorist cab driver made some ******** up, called the cops, and had them arrest whitey down the block, when Kennedy wasn't even anywhere near the cab, but instead, politely passing out Bibles to the homeless guy a few feet away. Poor Andy was framed! Those foreigners sure are a clever lot.

would a cab driver do this? Can you imagine any type of motive for this cab driver to 1. Claim some guy giving you potential business called you something patently offensive, 2. also claim that he punched you in the face 3. somehow make his face look as though he had been hit recently?

Can you honestly come up with a reasonable explanation as to why this guy would out of the blue make all of this stuff up? Probably not.

Lets quit discussing this.

He talked to AK's brother. Same damn story we have heard that is getting circulated by Ole Miss and AK's family.

being out in the public and drawing attention to himself. How do you explain yourself to the team when you are asking them to be good citizens? No matter how ANYONE looks at this case, it's all bad for OM and AK.

I don't see why it's so suprising that people from UC are going to defend him. If this had happened in Louisville, I'm sure the story would be different.</p>
