Please don't go the OC, DC or any assistant route as our next HC. The deal is we have NEVER hired a HC from another program that I can think of. If you go waayyy back to Paul Davis, Charley Shira, Bob Tyler, Emory Bellard (was fired and needed a job), Rockey Felker, JWS (had Ncaa issues and had been fired but showed some hope for our program even at .500 and Crxxm. NONE were hired from any program.
We've had one bad hire after another by going the assistant route and fired coaches route. Time for a real change, hire someone who isn't washed up and has some HCing experience with some success.
