Per Gregg Ellis blog, this is straight from the NCAA:

You will lose your eligibility IF:
• You agree orally or in writing to be represented by an agent or any individual acting on behalf of the agent [e.g., runner].

I know Jamont hasn't signed with the agent, but I think it would be hard to argue they didn't have an oral agreement since the guy has been actively representing him for a while now.

I don't think he would come back anyway, but even if he did want to, I think we'd be asking for trouble from the NCAA.
