And great for the Saints. I saw what I needed to see:
I saw the offense make a 4th quarter comeback.
I saw the defense prevent a 4th quarter comeback.
Any football fan would have liked that game. Damn how about Shockey abusing that DB, stiff-arming him 40 yards down the field. I flat out embarrassed that guy.
And Bush's Michael Jordan leap for a touchdown was fun to watch and all.....but I hate that asinine rule that the goal line extends around the world. What's the point of pylons?

That would give the Saints a 3 game lead in the South. I could see possible losses against Atlanta @ ATL. Also Dallas and New England, but they're both at the dome. Other than that, there's the Carolina X 2, TB X2, 2-4 Washington and the 0-7 Fightin' Crooms...

We got hit in the mouth yesterday, by a physical and mouthy defense.
I was whining about pass int I am not going to lie (it was a sunday gang rape on the new orleans wr)/I think bush took it in the starfish once... not sure,
but this team kept firing.
Finally, we have a D to be proud of!
Finally we have QB to trust (give me the ball sean I will score right before the half)

First time in 20 years I watched the Saints get rattled make mistakes... go to half get compoised
come back and dominate a physical team.

is that he just posts garbage like that and then disappears. he never comes back when he's wrong to face it like a man. He just stirs the **** and leaves. he's never right, he's an awful fan, and he would do everyone a favor by going away. he'll show up in about 4 weeks and talk the saints up and try to get back on the bandwagon.
They didn't abandon the run, last year Brees would have thrown for 450 yards with 4 picks and they would have lost. When they got down I kept saying they needed to stay with the run to keep the defense honest, they did that yesterday and it kept the play action open down the field. Big time win

They play Carolina, Tampa and St. Louis in between Atlanta and New England. Should they beat New England, a 14-2, 15-1 or, dare I say, 16-0 is out of the question.
