Our "WR" coach did a pretty good job of stopping that massive Vandy running attack didn't he?

thank you Coach Johnson for playing your ****** QB for 3 quarters and giving us a win...If Adams plays all 4 quarters, we dont win this game

This has nothing to do with the QB, though this same QB has been in for most of the season. This is about you talking about how good their running game was. You still think they have a good running game? And last I checked after Adams' first possession he didnt do **** against us

He didn't do anything after that, and in fact he thew a couple of picks. It could be argued that it was late and it came from a point of desperation, so I'm not sure what would have happened if he'd started the game from the beginning.

He took them down the field for 7 points on his 1st possession...they had more offense on that drive than the entire game you 17'ing moron...Are you really that dumb to think this game would not have been different if he had played the whole game?

Wow...you have to be too stu..stu...stu.. stupid to type...i bet Mommy does it for you...wow...just wow

only we'd have done it in the 1st or 2nd quarter. We actually had the best QB on the field today. Only vs. Vandy can we make that claim.

he threw ONE pick and it was at desperation time...anybody disputing the outcome of this game if he had played all 4 quarters is lying to themselves or flat out dumb...

We got a win and thats great...but Bobby Johnson helped that more than anybody

Vandy did lose the game, you're right- BECAUSE they didnt play Adams for the entire game. If they had- we lose. And there is no disputing that...

They hadnt played Adams an entire game all season and they were undefeated. Anyway the point was how our "WR" coach was able to shut down that good Vandy running game that you told us about. I am still waiting for you to respond about that. Do you still think they have a good running game?

You can't have your cake and eat it too. If we had fired Croom, and hired Saban we'd be 5 -0 via your logic. Just how the heck do ya know?

I'll bite. That is a moronic statement. No disputing that? Really. Wow, you are just dumb. Look, these two teams are bad at QB. It just so happens that Vandy is worse than us at this position. Again, Vandy's offense is terrible. Credit to them and their staff for having 5 wins at this point despite that, but that doesn't change the fact that their offense is just plain bad. It's sad that you can't enjoy a State win. Seriously, quit pretending to be a State fan and just admit that you bleed purple and gold.

for a win? I normally don't even keep up with anyones usernames on here. Aside from dawgstudent, HD6, and maybe saddawg (for obvious reasons) I don't even look at who posts the statements that I read. for the most part, the poster is irrelevant, I just look at what's written. But I've noticed a pattern with you. You can't give credit when credit is due. I think Croom is in over his head and am one of his biggest critics, but when they win a game, you have to be man enough to admit that they did a good job. We flat out DOMINATED Vandy today. the score should have been more lopsided. we held them to what 107 yards of offense. Come on Coach 34 even you can see that. What the #%++ difference does it make what QB they had in? If we had had Carroll in and lost, you wouldn't have given us any slack for having the wrong QB in would you???? In that scenario should Vandy be thanking Sly for not having Lee in the game? and we would be the better team? Seriously, you have zero credibility when you can't ever give credit to Croom and the team when they win. So I'll ask my question again. In what situation could you give State credit for a win? When is it OK for State to win a game?

Right now my ***, I have never seen you happy with a state victory.

Now will you answer my question? Do you still think Vandy has a good running game?

Since when did getting the ball back with 5 minutes left, and then again with 3-1/2 minutes left, in a 3 point game become "desperation time?" Adams looked good for the first series he was in, but he sucked *** just like Nickson did for the next two. Hell, Kodi freaking Burns looked good for a series against us last year, but he's nowhere near being a decent college QB.</p>

Coach only wants to talk about the first possession when talking about how great vandy's QB is. Don't bring up the final two possessions. They didn't matter

1. We aren't going to fire Croom this year. It's just not going to happen. He was coach of the year last year, he's the first AA coach in the SEC, etc. You are fooling yourself if you think he gets fired this year.

2. In light of #1, it would be in our best interest to win as much as possible so to help with recruiting so the next coach has good players to work with.

3. I can't remember seeing you happy and excited over a State win, ever. You're absolutely giddy when we lose, praising the opponent and blasting our team and coaches. When we win, you write it off as luck or the other team handing us the win.

In conclusion I say you are the absolute worst kind of State fan. I wish you would quit "supporting" State and just admit that you bleed purple and gold.

I'll agree with that. Vandy's offense is horrid. Still, holding any offense to 100 yards is a feat. I looked it up though, and their biggest output in 4 SEC games is 263 yards against Auburn. Oddly enough, Adams had a pretty good game that game throwing for 150+ yards and 2 TDs with no INTs.

I'm not sure if anything can save Vandy's offense though. The problem they have is that Nickson is one of their best running options, but Adams is by far their best passing option. Maybe they should do something like the A-11 and line them both up in a shotgun.
