Because of a few stupid things, the swac never send anybody to the D1-AA tournament, and Jackson and maybe 1 or 2 other schools want them to change a few of the things that other schools do that keep them from participating in the tournament. If I'm not mistaken, some of the classics that they hold interfere with the tournament date, but they won't move the games back a few days because they feel they won't get as much money if they changed the dates or something.
