Its been a while, but the best place in town for chinese might be 5 Happiness down in south Jackson....on McDowell Road extension. Do not eat the buffet....order for fresh made...not bad.....3 outta 5.
I got a degree from STATE in Poultry Science (which I've never used). I say kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out.

I have probably 4-5 servings a day. I weigh 220 at 6'1. I lift weights a lot so that may have something to do with why I am not getting fat from it. But hell, I have read lots of studies that show how beneficial dairy products are for weight management. If I remember correctcly, it actually helps specifically with stubborn belly fat.
