There was also some smoke about the OC being let go. At the end of the day, 8-8 isn't bad and with further development of Tannehill, the Phins should be in the playoffs next year. They're saying they "mutually parted ways" with Ireland. I thought he did a good job the last offseason with free agency but somebody had to go after the Incognito deal.
