Wife asked me to make fried chicken for dinner last night.

Last night I had baked fish topped with Monterey jack cheese, mac and cheese, and Nathan's fries with unsweetened iced tea and 2 Hershey's miniatures.

As a side note, today for lunch I will have leftover spaghetti with whole grain noodles, which I always find tastier when left over.

Finished a dry rub for brisket. Only eight pounds, so should be able to start early morning and be ready for dinner tomorrow night.

For the dook game tonight we're going to have the new hot Italian sub from jersey Mike's and a salad topped with Wendy's chili. ( if you've never tried it, you should!). Not sure about dessert yet but it may be a cobbler of some type with a scoop of ice cream on it.
