Tonight was cowboy beans, fried potatoes with onions and cornbread. Will have peach cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a little while.

Arby's fish sandwiches with crinkle cut fries, diet Pepsi, Hershey's miniatures.

Had a chick fil-a spicy chicken sandwich for lunch. I put jalapenos and cayenne pepper on a lot of things I eat but this was a little too hot for me. Spicy and hot are two different things. Spicy allows the flavor of the food to come through. This was so hot I couldn't taste the chicken. It's marinated in cayenne pepper so every bite is packed with heat. I added a pile of pickles and mayo to cut down the fire but it didn't help. Vanilla ice cream after I finished it helped a little. lol Just ate some Rolaids.

For supper tonight it's my wife's homemade supreme pizza. Damn good!

Having one of my favorites tonight. It's been slow cooking for 7 hours in the crock pot. Cowboy casserole.

Thick bean with bacon soup spiced with vinegar and hot sauce, grilled ham and Monterey and pepper jack cheese, milk, unsweetened iced tea, butter pecan ice cream.

Last night I had fried Bright Leaf bologna, baby reds mashed potatoes with butter and cheddar cheese, crowder peas, hush puppies, unsweetened iced tea, rice krispie treats.

Tonight for the basketball game I'm planning Buffalo wings, coleslaw, and potato salad.

Ballgame night. I'll pickup a small chick fil a nugget tray along with our favorite salsa, queso and chips with a warm brownie for dessert.

Today was one of the few days in a year that I purposely pig out. The other 2 days are Thanksgiving day and Xmas day.

I went to the Robbins Nest buffet off I-95 in Selma. UNC friend of mine owned it years ago but he sold it. Get this. His real name was Dean Smith. lol His wife's name was Robbin.

I had fried shrimp, fried trout, deviled crabs, slaw, hamburger steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, black eyed peas, snap beans, meatloaf, chicken pastry, cracklins, BBQ, buttermilk pie, lemon meringue pie, peach cobbler, water, diet Pepsi. 3 hours ago and I still can't breath. lmao
