I may have to move to the frozen tundra

70's and sunny here all week. Went down to the valley yesterday to watch a friend's kid play some ball and it was in the 80's with blue skies and green everywhere.

Good luck this week. Don't be cheap, you want to go at least 5/8" and preferably 3/4" thick on the plywood to board up the house. 3/8" or 7/16" may not hold up to windblown garden gnomes, pink flamingos, or dolphin statuettes.***

Panama City I remember you well. As a 19 year old the Coast Guard saw fit to station me there in 1976. Man that was some tough duty.
Got pulled up on by the Coast Guard a few months back, I was driving a Pontoon boat loaded with girls, I wonder why they chose me....lol.

No cheap *** plywood here. We have removable metal shutters. It only takes about 6 hours to install all them in 92 degree heat and 80% humidity . 🔥😅
Oh yeah , you almost have to have a scaffold to hang upstairs windows.
If not installed yo insurance is void.
I am envious of you sir, but only through the weekend ✌🏿
