Back in football season, he and I had a heated exchange after he called our football team "quitters". I had never paid much attention to him before, but I did after that. He is one of those guys that can never, ever admit when they're wrong. And you know the kind I'm talking about. Wouldn't surprise me if he made that "meaningless" comment yesterday just to argue. And he's proven he'd argue with a fence post. You're wasting your time if you argue that with him further. Much better things to do than that.

I never said that you guys didn't kick our *** yesterday. But the fact is, that game didn't really have any significance for LSU in the NCAA tournament. Emotions played a huge role in that game. I have talked to several of your fellow alums that are buddies of mine and they absolutely agreed with me. It's funny once you post a comment on the message board, how all logic gets completely misconstrued and the homerism really starts to show. Keep what I say in context and it makes sense. ...4 or 5 doesn't make that big of a difference, and once you get to round of 32 you better be ready to play. LSU didn't win the SEC championship 3 years ago and they went to the Final Four. That's the point I am making.
