Lol...I have been out back turning over rocks, looking under the woodpile for this elusive bloody turtle...either he is frozen solid or just plain scared...my bet says the latter. I like the crabcake idea, and the poutine!...especially Paint's version...

In West Virginia they're actually called 'chili/cheese fries' or in my example, 'poontang'....... and as they say down Kentucky way on the other side of the Tug Fork, both are "Finger Lickin' Good".

Funny enough Eagle? I'm heading over to the neighbors for dinner tonight...on the menu? Ribs and......Poutine! She makes just the artery-clogging variety you mention...it's good!!!!
