Probably the reason he got mad at Donald is because he can't tolerate mental mistakes. A tackle getting beat happens, but if your job is to back him up and you missed your assignment........

which is probably the reason Donald got cussed. If the tackle expects help to come from the outside then he lets him go outside, but Donald wasn't there.
