It’s a shame Rice went in the tank. 15-20 years ago they were an elite program.

They are the definition of a one man program. 100% of the NCAA Tournament appearances in Their history came under Wayne Graham. He was head coach from 1992-2018, and they never made the tournament before him and haven’t made it since he retired (he actually passed away recently).
