Haha! Nope, not at all. In his defense, the early returns on Mark Pope were not good. Of course, had this guy held on to his giddiness and waited 24 more hours before he declared the demise of UK basketball and Mark Pope (and his first recruiting class), he would have seen UK fans embrace Pope and then get fully behind him with their presence and their wallets. But that wouldn't have made for as good a lie as the one he created to excite the Razorbacks fans. Why seek truth when lying makes you happier?
I have never seen so many butt hurt grown men. Pope is a terrible hire and everyone knows it. Talk about spinning hard, your board is the best example of that anyone has ever seen. What is it with Arkansas fans on social media acting extremely cocky all of a sudden? These guys were meek from every interaction I've ever seen and now they're talking down to UK fans.
