Well he is right. Unfortunately losing teams can always say that. Bad play calling. Incredibly poor special team play. Maybe we should have hoped the game was called with WVU leading with a couple minutes left in the first half. lol

Maybe he should have used the other 2 timeouts when tech was draining out the clock. Couldn't believe he kept holding those other 2 timeouts. Think about it. He twice traded saving 30 seconds for probably less than. 10 seconds (time it takes to line up on offense).
Still, albeit under great time pressure, still had a play in end zone for tie
I hate it when that happens. Dadgum the luck! Warez

Yea I don't really see an argument for blaming his clock management here..... when he had his team in the red zone and ready to tie it up at the end....

A David Sills drop away from tying the game in the final 30 seconds.... would have been perfect

Drop? You blaming Sills for that? Throw was low and behind him, correct? I even thought it may have skipped......but, keep blaming the players all the time.

It was a bad throw.... but did it not hit his hands?

Then it is by definition a dropped pass....

Yes, I blame the players. They play the game and they make or don't make the plays to win

Regardless, bad throw or good, our clock management got us there in that place with 30 seconds left. Right where we needed to be when we needed to be there

So, was it the player's fault for the 15 yard penalty on our head coach?

Had it set to record, which it did, all but the last 30 seconds! Special teams, pass interception in the redzone and too many penalties were the difference. It was entertaining though.
