It's not his fault that we don't have SEC caliber quarterback. He's offered highly rated QB's across the country from Jimmy Clausen to Ryan Perriloux. Until we get an upper level SEC QB, we will be a low level SEC team. It's that simple! Until then, we have to play mistake-free offensive football for 4 quarters and hope our defense keeps us in the game.

I don't have any inside information, but if Croom is fired, I'd bet that's only going to hurt our chances for Tyler Russell. I like Tyson Lee. He shows a lot of heart and is tough as nails. But, it is clear he's not the answer. He probably gives us our best chance to win at the moment.

My old man used to tell me "you can't make a race horse out of a jackass". Now I'm not calling our QB's jackasses, but it's clear they aren't race horses either. Once we get a bonefide SEC caliber quarterback, things will get a lot better. I just hope Croom is around to reap the benefits of success.

Edited to say: This is one of the few sheep who've made an appearance since last night. MROB, Claradawg, etc. nowhere in sight.

I don't really care if Crxxm offered Tim Tebow, Colt McCoy & Chase Daniel scholarships. I only care that the QB's he's actually been able to get to campus are Tyson Lee, Wesley Carroll & Chris Relf. And even more than that, I care that he hired his long-time good friend and RB coach, Woody McCorvey to coach them.</p>

Well, I offered Demi Moore one night when she was filming here in Shreveport- she didnt sign either. In order to get a quality player, they have to see how it will benefit them as well. No QB worth a **** is going to sign with us running this ****** offense. Ever.

Either the coach has to change, or the offense has to change...but until one happens, we arent going to get a decent QB
