Yeah, he has gotten big.

But I'm happy for him. He knows he made mistakes, but I do think he's made a good effort to come back from them. I wish him the best of luck.

Yeah, looks like he's finally got his head screwed on straight, and that's fantastic. Now he would be wise to lose the weight and get back in shape before it kills him. He's still young enough. I for one hope he has an outstanding career ahead of him, and with his chosen career he can certainly empathize and share some of his own stories with those he counsels.

ETA: He certainly looks happy in the picture; way to go Dontae!

Man that makes me happy to see. I know Dontae pretty well, and he really is a nice guy that just got mixed up with e wrong crowd when he was being praised in high school.

I am so proud and happy for him. He could have easily called it quits years ago and been a thug his whole life, but he didn't. Props Big guy.

I heard the boos, and honestly, he deserved them then. Glad to see he's turned himself around and graduated college. That's not easy to do when you're an adult student because you've got so many other responsibilities in your life. I really think the parole board should let him go out of state if that's where he wants to go work. He's definitely earned the right to have a clean slate.

He can literally save lives if he can effectively communicate his life story to young people. I hope he`ll be blessed with that ability.

For all the critics of people who have a BMI over a certain number

I submit that few things change the way you see yourself, and the world, like obesity. It's much more important that DW became a contributing member of society.

But he also says that few things change the ways you see yourself, and others see you, than obesity. Seems contradictory with the next statement he makes.

I agree with the first statement, for what it's worth.

hiliarious.

yep.....dude has to be 375

Im happy for him getting his degree, and wanting to help kids, but hell, if he doesnt lose, say 150 lbs, he wont be living a long productive life.

Happy for them otherwise.

I was about to make a crack about it being a degree from culinary school, but you know what? He did well for himself in the end. Wish him the best. Not everyone could pick themselves up and start over.
