I hear the Avid Reader was at a local sports bar today...

The contest was named for a guy who was the subject of a pretty humiliating thread about 7-8 years ago. The fact the guy really did nothing wrong and we were simply making fun of him being a douchebag really didn't warrant us continuing to drag his name through the mud, especially since the guy is working and has a family now.

well he was dealing steroids wasn't he? As in convicted, not just rumored. I thought he participated in the thread, didn't he show up? I think his myspace page or something was linked, it had ninja turtles on it. Maybe his slampiece posted defending him?

It'd been too long since DD graced us with his presence. Of course being in federal pound-you-in-the-*** prison probably limits one's internet access. No one did ever answer Leighanne's question of why we're so jealous though.
