Tough day for the home teams in the semi-finals. A lousy 4-12 record was all they could accomplish. The winners at home were 8A Warren, 6A East St. Louis, 5A St. Rita and 2A Sterling Newman Central Catholic.

Absolutely overrated. It’s been 3 decades but I used to get absolutely love going into a hostile environment to play. Don’t think these boys today are any different.
