So I have been brewing for a couple of years now and gotten pretty good. I have folks that want to be investors in a brewery/brew pub. I just don;t think I have it in me to turn a hobby into a business. Now if i don't want to brew I don't. Also, if I turn out a batch of crap beer then oh well.

I know some of you guys are in the restaurant business maybe own your own what was the thing that made you get into the business?

I have no experience brewing beer or starting a restaurant, but I visit and have toured quite a few. Usually the head brewmaster at a newer brewery is a younger guy that apprenticed at another place for several years. I'd find someone like that who has done it to the scale you would be interested in and have him do the work. At least you'll know how it works enough to help or check him.
