Just heard some guys on sports radio say that if we get up early, Washington's home court advantage will be neutralized because all of the non-UW fans will get behind us. Some will be neutrals who just want to see an upset. Others might be Oregon fans who hate UW. Also, I don't know how Gonzaga fans feel about UW, but I would imagine it's a Memphis/UT type of thing, and they play right after us.

What do y'all think? I hope he's right.

I do not know what the ratio of Washington fans will be, but those not pulling for Washington will be pulling for us if the game is close. Not to mention, we have a team that is fun to watch. If we are hot early or in the game late, we will get support from the other fans.

for the most part anyway. Seems like they play in session two. I assume it's the same as last year where your tickets are good for session one or session two.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Either way, I think it's a road game for us...like it or not.

i don't see northern iowa bringing lots of supporters, but hopefully some locals (non-UW fans) will be in attendance, and they, along with the msu & purdue fans can be loud for our team.

The majority of the country north of the Mason-Dixon line and west of the Mississippi, sans Arkansas and Louisiana, hate all things SEC. Any Oregon fans in the building might help off-set that a little.
